Due to the nature of selling "made-to-order" products, we accept exchanges only, within 14 days of purchase, no refunds (except under certain circumstances, to be determined by Betties and Babes).
Although all shirts go through a quality inspection process before shipping, we are admit that we are human and could have missed something. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GRAPHIC SHIRTS
If you wish to exchange your item, please email us at email@example.com explaining your situation and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that we must receive the shirt that you wish to return within 14 days of your purchase, so be prompt with your email. Once we receive your email, we will send you the shipping address to mail the item and packing slip back to us, specifying the new size you want. We cannot process exchanges with no information attached. It is very important to identify who you are as it is impossible to remember every exchange circumstance discussed through email.
We think you’ll love our clothing, and we pride ourselves in selecting quality items that we stand behind. But, we know online shopping can be tricky, and we want you to be happy!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review and approve your return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags still attached, and returned to us within 14 days of receipt (when you receive the item) for a refund to your original form of payment for the cost of the item. Shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Any items returned without approval and/or outside the 14 day return window will be returned to the customer.
We ship quickly. If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order goes out, it will be subject to the original return policy.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing!
Shoes must be in their original box or bag, unworn, free of all damage/smell, etc. The shoe box (for shoes that come in original box packaging) must be in-tact to receive a refund.
Due to the nature of inventory stock and items selling quickly, we can’t guarantee availability for exchanges. For this reason, exchanges will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to grant an exchange, we will offer a straight refund to the account used to make your purchase.
We do our very best to inspect all items before we ship them to you, but if for any reason there is a defect of some kind that we may have missed, we will cover the return shipping and work with you to rectify the situation. We’ll treat you right, promise!
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Initiate your return by emailing us at email@example.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. We will respond within 24 hours to approve your return. Please don’t ship your item back to us until you have received approval.
2. Package your unworn, tag-still-on, un-damaged item and ship it back to us, ensuring we receive it within 14 days of receipt. We will provide the address upon approval of the return.
3. Returns will be processed within two business days of receiving your item. Again, any items returned without approval, or damaged items, or items returned outside of the 14 day return window will be returned to you, so please be sure to stay within the time frame listed above.
